Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship across India and worldwide through trusted logistics partners including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, and other reputed courier services.

Shipping Within India

Free shipping on all orders across India.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.

International Shipping

Free shipping on all international orders.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means the prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or any other local charges.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs or local authorities in the destination country.
These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are outside our control. We are unable to predict or waive these charges.
If applicable duties and taxes are not paid, customs authorities may delay, hold, or return the shipment. Talking Threads cannot be held responsible for such delays or additional charges.
Once dispatched, international orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Timelines

Each product page displays an estimated “Ships In” timeline. This indicates the time required to craft your garment and prepare your order for dispatch.
For made-to-measure orders, the timeline is calculated from the date we receive your complete measurements and all measurement-related queries have been resolved.
For orders placed in standard size and standard style specifications as shown on the website, the shipping timeline is calculated from the date we receive your order with complete payment.
For style or colour customisations beyond the standard options available on the product page, please WhatsApp our support team at +91 95600 68582. Our style consultant will assist you with your desired customisation and share the additional time, if any, required to prepare your order.
If your order contains multiple items with different shipping timelines, the order will be shipped together. In this case, the shipping timeline will follow the item with the longest production lead time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and will also be available in your customer account on our website.

Important Information

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
