International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship globally via reputed logistic partners like UPS, DHL & Fedex. We offer global free shipping on a DDU( delivery duties unpaid ) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Customs Duties and local taxes, if any, are applied by local customs office of the country where the customer is receiving the shipment, and these are borne by the customer. Customs duties or taxes are applied as per import duties and taxations laws of the import country and are outside our influence and control. As the recipient, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and this is solely the obligation of the customer ( recipient).

We offer free shipping in all regions and states of India via reputed logistic partners like FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC and more.

Shipping Timelines

Each style code has an estimated “Ships in” time mentioned under the style name on the product detail page. This is the time it takes us to get the respective style code ready and dispatch. If there are more than one items in your order with varying shipping timelines, your order will be club shipped and will follow the shipping timeline of the longest shipping lead time item. From the date of dispatch, it takes 2 to 4 business days for your order to reach you in India and 4 to 7 business days for delivery outside India. Online tracking is provided to you in your website customer account on the day your packaged in shipped.

Please note: Business Days are Monday to Friday excluding India public holidays. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
