Parsi Gara is all about nature, a reverence for nature, in a very realistic way. This one-of-kind flowy dress with an asymmetric hem is enhanced with artistically placed elements on the bodice and hem from the traditional Parsi Gara lily motif along with roses in a subtle palette of many colors. The sleeveless dress is cut in a comfortable flowy fit with concealed side zipper and inseam pockets. Features of this exquisite embroidered asymmetric hem dress included graceful lace details on the bodice and hem along with a trendy V neck style in the front. Gara is the Gujarati word for sari and as the embroidery was inspired by the Parsi art, hence Parsi Gara. The motifs are influenced by the flora, birds, and even scenes and stories of Chinese origin like the bridges, pagodas, boatmen, and shrines, very rarely even geometric designs are created. Stain stitch, crewel stitch, stem stitch, and French knots are used to create these intricate masterpieces.
