A beautiful heritage piece, this kurta is crafted in pure georgette and adorned with floral multicolour Parsi Gara hand embroidery on kurta front-back hems and sleeve ends. The A Line kurta features a jewel shaped neckline and straight sleeves. The neckline is 4.5 inches deep in front and 3 inches deep in back with a 5.5 inches deep keyhole. The parsi gara embroidered border on front and back hemline and on the sleeve ends is 3.5 inches wide. Paired with pure georgette churidaar lowers. The kurta set is underlined with cotton shantoon.

In standard specs, the kurta is 51 inches long ( can be customised) with sleeves are 23 inches long (can be customised). Cut in A-line style, the side slit starts 23 inches below the shoulder. The churidaar in standard specs is 40 inches long + 15 inches of churis with all around elasticated waist. The model is 5 feet 7 inches tall wearing 3 inches tall heels. The model is wearing 51 inches long kurta.

Combining the beauty inherent in four cultural traditions Persian, Chinese, Indian, and European this exquisite textile form is truly an intercultural craft. Gara is the Gujarati word for sari and as the embroidery was inspired by the Parsi art, hence Parsi Gara. The motifs are influenced by the flora, birds, and even scenes and stories of Chinese origin like the bridges, pagodas, boatmen, and shrines, very rarely even geometric designs are created. Stain stitch, crewel stitch, stem stitch, and French knots are used to create these intricate masterpieces.
